The year after the start of lockdown 2020 the eating habits changed a lot.  While the whole world came under lockdown due to the pandemic, food enthusiasts were busy performing their cooking skills.  The youtube channel has a boom with cooking recipes.  As lockdown continued, almost everyone already tried to cook something special. The pandemic almost changes nearly every aspect of our daily lives including our food habits. The restaurant closed, online delivóery also affected, and we are forced to cook almost this year. A lot of people become expert in cooking. Eating habits also have changed and we continue to cook at home with atmost care. Non-vegetarians become vegetarians and trying to consume natural foodstuff to stay away from this pandemic. The day of "HOPE" 27th December - Vaccine Day in Italy

At the end of the day, it has arrived. A day to which the whole country, with full support, looks with hope and trust, in the awareness of this very difficult situation. Now we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel with a new dawn. The vaccination properly starts with health and social health workers, doctors, who have been putting their professionalism at the safety of each of us and the entire community.  This is certainly the greatest challenge that in every country the health system is facing since the pandemic spread out. Today in Italy started the journey to the path that must lead us to fight against the pandemic. This must continue with all safety measures with greater confidence in the coming days and even months. Let's unite to get out of this pandemic. Turn the pages and we'll start with a new one.

Post - Covid Christmas

With just a few hours to go before Christmas, decorations in shopping malls, public spaces, and homes have become a myth. This year, Christmas is a time of excitement, hope, fear, and uncertainty. December 2019 was the last ‘pre-covid’ celebration of the festival. We are now in a ‘post-covid’ world. I had given the name “post-covid” because this is the world's first Christmas after the Covid affecting people in Wuhan, in China at the end of 2019. In this first Christmas after Covid, there is uncertainty about how to celebrate everything. The whole world is going through a partial or full lockdown. Its depression and whimper can be heard everywhere. Streets are almost seemed like deserts. Police patrolling in a bid to reassure our communities and maintain public safety during the pandemic. We know these restrictions are difficult for our people to follow, but we must obey all these rules and not step outside of the rules.
